Trade mark symbols

Use ™ the first time the name appears in a prominent place (heading, first paragraph, or listing title). You do not need to repeat it every time.

Example: “Autizma COP Guide™ is a free online resource for families.”

The ™ symbol shows the name is used as a trade mark. Please do not use the ® symbol — our marks are not yet registered, and using ® before registration is an offence in the UK.

What you can do

• Link directly to https://autizma-cop-guide.lovable.app or to a tagged partner link.
• List the app by its correct name in a directory, resource page or blog post.
• Quote short factual descriptions: “Free COP guide and checklists for families.”
• Use the butterfly logo only when we have supplied an approved asset and written permission.
• Mention Autizma as the organisation behind the app.

What you cannot do

• Use the Autizma name, butterfly logo or app name as your own product, service or domain name.
• Alter, stretch, recolour or crop the butterfly logo without written approval.
• Imply endorsement, partnership or accreditation that has not been agreed in writing.
• Use the branding in a way that suggests legal advice comes from Autizma.
• Place the logo on merchandise, paid adverts or fundraising materials without permission.

Directory listings

If your firm or organisation is listed in the directory, you may say: “Listed in the Autizma COP Guide™ directory.” Please do not claim a rating, ranking, or endorsement unless we have issued one in writing.

Keep your listing description factual and up to date. If your firm name, website or contact details change, let us know at info@autizma.co.uk.
