Copyright, trademark & permissions
A single combined notice covering who owns this app, how its content may be used, and what is not allowed without permission.
1. Copyright
The Autizma COP Guide app, including its text, code, design, illustrations, checklists, form guides, letter templates, directory listings, training materials and underlying database, is owned by Tina Davies unless otherwise stated.
© 2026 Tina Davies. All rights reserved.
Copyright arises automatically under UK law and is protected by international treaties. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission, except as allowed below.
2. Trade marks
Autizma, the Autizma butterfly logo, and Autizma COP Guide are trade marks of Autizma. The ™ symbol indicates marks used in trade that may be unregistered or pending registration.
These marks may not be used as part of your business name, product name, domain name, social-media handle, promotional material or directory entry without prior written consent. Factual reference and direct links are welcome.
See the separate trademark notice and brand guidelines for more detail.

5. User-generated and personal data
Case notes, checklists and witness drafts that you enter in the app are stored in your browser or your own account only. They are not sent to Autizma unless you choose to share them explicitly.
Directory listings, solicitor applications, feedback forms and partnership enquiries are handled in line with our privacy notice.
6. No legal advice
The app provides general information and preparation tools. It is not legal advice and does not create a solicitor–client relationship. Always check current GOV.UK guidance and take advice on your own case.
7. Changes and enforcement
We may update this notice from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated notice. Unauthorised use of our copyright or trade marks may lead to legal action.
