Evidence you build day by day
Contact & incident log
Write it down the same day, while you still remember it. A dated, factual log is the single most useful piece of evidence families arrive at court without.
Keep it objective
Record what you saw and heard, times, names and quotes. Leave out how angry you felt and what you think someone intended — the court gives far more weight to a plain factual record. Use initials for P and other people where you can.
No entries yet. Start with the last visit or phone call you remember clearly.
Stored only in this browser — nothing about P is sent to us or anyone else. Export a copy regularly and keep it somewhere safe.
