Intellectual property summary

Under UK law, copyright arises automatically as soon as original work is recorded. You do not need to register it. This means the app’s written guides, checklists, form templates, code, layout, images, and the compiled app itself are protected from the moment they were created.

Protected material includes, but is not limited to: the step-by-step COP guides, the statement and bundle builders, the letter and email templates, the directory listings, the training-pack generator, the advocate workspace, the Autizma butterfly motif and brand colours, and the overall structure and user experience.

The names Autizma, Autizma, Autizma COP Guide, and the butterfly logo are trade marks or branding identifiers of Tina Davies and Autizma. They may not be used to market, promote, or name another product or service without written permission.
