- You can see where your case is up to, key dates, updates, documents they've shared, and tasks they've asked you to do.
- You can upload documents they've asked for — they go only to your solicitor.
- Anyone with the reference and code can see the updates, so keep the code safe and don't share it beyond the people the solicitor named.
