Ways organisations can fund and use this guide — so it stays free for families.
Everything families need is free and always will be. The costs are covered by organisations that get value from the same work: sponsors, employers, training buyers and paid directory listings. Nothing here involves selling anyone's data — family notes stay on their own device and uploaded paperwork is private and access-controlled.
From £250 per quarter
A single, tasteful sponsor credit on a guidance section such as Deputyship, Placement Change or Legal Help. No tracking, no ads, no data sold — just a named supporter keeping that page free.
From £2,400 per year
A local authority, ICB, hospice or charity runs the guide under their own name and colours, with their own local contacts and services added.
£10 per seat per month (25+ seats)
Social work teams, advocacy services, universities and law schools buy blocks of seats. Verified students and trainees keep the discounted rate.
£12 per pack, £95 for 10
Professionally printed family workbooks and Easy Read booklets for support groups, waiting rooms and hospital wards, posted out with your logo if you sponsor a run.
£5 per month, free for anyone on a low income
Extra secure storage for medical and financial paperwork, OCR search across scans, and the full access and activity log. The whole guide itself stays free.
£450 per half day
Lived-experience review of policies, capacity paperwork, communication with families, or co-design of a service pathway.
£45 per place, £700 per in-house session
Court of Protection basics, best interests, evidence and bundles, and working respectfully with families — delivered live or recorded.
By agreement
Fair, disclosed referral arrangements with vetted providers such as OTs, case managers and expert witnesses. Families always see when a listing is paid.
Monthly sponsorship of the Autizma COP Guide: a clearly labelled 'Supported by' credit on chosen pages, a newsletter mention and a place on the partners page.
